Adeline Genetti Kashi

Mrs. Adeline Kashi, wife of Stephen Kashi, 333 East Samuels Avenue, died yesterday 7:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Hospital after a short illness.

The former Adeline Genetti, she was born in Hazleton and resided here her entire life. She was the daughter of Mrs. Angeline Genetti, this city, and the late Leon Genetti, who preceded her in death nine weeks ago.

Mrs. Kashi was a member of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, and a graduate of Hazleton High School, Class of 1940.

Surviving are her husband and the following children: Joseph, Joyce, Richard, and Mark, at home.

The following brothers and sisters also survive: Rita Young, Mrs. Catherine Farkus, John and Leon, Jr., this city; and Joseph, La Porte, PA.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 8:30 a.m. from the Bonin Funeral Home, Second Street entrance. Solemn requiem high mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church a 9 a.m. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Drums.
