Dora and Verecondo Bott

Verecondo Bott, of 127 East Chapel Street, died at the State Hospital at 2:50 this morning after a two month’s illness.

Mr. Bott was born in Salter, Tyrol, a son of the late Angelo and Marie (Pancheri) Bott.

He was a resident of this city for the past 44 years and was a refrigeration engineer for the Leichtman Ice Cream Co. until his retirement six years ago.

He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel church and its Hole Name Society.

Surviving are his wife, the former Dora Genetti, and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Louis Pillonato, Henry, and Mrs. James Hume, of this city; Mrs. John Clark, of Bethlehem; Mrs. Bernard Yorke, of Tamaqua; and Emma, at home.

There are two brothers, Condy, of Drifton, and Silvio, of Tyrol, and four gandchildren.

The funeral will be held from the Boyle Funeral Home Monday morning at 9:30, with a solemn high mass of requiem at 10 o’clock in Our Lady of Mount Carmel church. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart cemetery at Weston.
