William “Bill” J. Genetti, 64, passed away on April 28, 2020 in Shenandoah, Texas.
Bill was born in Denver, Colorado on March 3, 1956 to parents Joseph and Marie Genetti (Fernandez).
He leaves behind his daughter: Jessi Sims of Nebraska; son: David Genetti of Texas; son: Christian (Little Joe) Genetti of Texas; brother: Robert Genetti of Nebraska; sister: Elaine Kumle of Tx; sister: Margret Teahon of Nebraska and his wonderful grandkids whom he loved dearly: Carmin Sims 15 and Cashton Sims 11.
Those preceding him in death are his father: Joseph and Marie Genetti.
Bill was a very dedicated and hard worker all his life and no job was too big or too small for his family and for those in need. He strived to make them happy every day of their lives with him. He enjoyed grading and demolition throughout his life and owned own business for years – Genetti Grading, Excavation- in Texas.
Thoughts from the Family: Bill was a man that had his own way of doing things, he didn’t know a stranger and would help anyone. He laughed with his full body and rarely was angry, never held grudges and would often say ” Get mad and get over it “. He loved his Lord and Savior and had a strong relationship with him and loved talking about God to anyone he could. He was the kind of father that loved to have fun and play but was also kind and knew just what to say when things where hard. He showed how to turn the other cheek and was known for showing love, not hate, and always wanted us to remember that we are only on this earth a short time, but this is not the end. It’s just a stop before our destination.
He will be missed by all who knew him and he will continue to live each and every day in all the memories that are the gifts that he has left behind for all of us to share until we meet again.
His services will be held Sunday, May 10th at Conroe Seventh Day Adventist Church at 1:00 pm for all those who would like to attend.
Thank you to everyone for all your prayers and support.
