Danny William Genetti, Marshfield, was born on December 28, 1954, in Springfield, MO to David and Nellie (Kesterson) Genetti. He departed this life on August 15, 2025, in his home at the age of 70.
Danny had worked as a truck driver hauling equipment.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Deborah; two brothers, Jim Genetti and Gary Genetti.
He is survived by his son, Jimmy Genetti and Amanda, Marshfield; two daughters, Melissa Lumley and David, Marshfield, and Jeanie Taylor, Marshfield; eight grandchildren, JD Genetti and Katie, Cierrah Genetti, Haily Huntoon and Adam, Lacey Pogue and Adam, Judd Taylor and Darby Edge, Brandon Richards, Anthony Smith and Shawn Lumley; eight great-grandchildren; his brother, Dickie Genetti, Marshfield; two sisters, Mary Ann McGoon and Harold, Marshfield, and Carol Burchfield and Erin, Marshfield; and many other relatives and friends.
Services will be under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
Webmaster Note: Danny was the great-grandson of Costantino (also known as August) Genetti (1842-1914) and Rosina Kermeier (1842-1926). Costantino was born in Castelfondo, Tyrol and was the first Genetti to immigrate to America in 1867. The couple settled in Missouri. Today there are many descendants of Costantino and Rosina.
