(Sept. 14, 1924 – Aug. 12, 2017)
Robert Harry Pettis was the son of Harry Hayes Pettis and Marie Louise Recla; and the grandson of Emanuel Maria Recla and Erminia Enrica Genetti. Robert was a decorated Navy veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Ursula Rowlandson. He is survived by brother, George Hayes Pettis, two daughters: Mary and Linda, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
